Returns & Exchanges
Due to the highly sensitive nature of research chemicals, peptides, and biological reagents, we are unable to accept returns on any opened or reconstituted products. This policy ensures the absolute purity and integrity of our supply chain, as we cannot verify the storage conditions of products once they leave our facility.
Unopened Items
If you have ordered in error, you may return unopened items in their original, sealed, tamper-evident packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please contact our support team to authorize a return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, or if you receive the incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will require photographic evidence of the damaged package or incorrect items. Once verified, we will dispatch a replacement immediately at no additional cost to you.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider. Cryptocurrency refunds will be issued based on the GBP value at the exact time of the refund transaction.
